Top Values:

Authenticity | Impact | Creativity | Exploration | Trust

Over two decades of working in the field of human behavior, I've learned that purpose, perspective, curiosity, and learning to find steady ground in uncomfortable times (mindfulness) are the critical, but often overlooked, tools we have to navigate our lives in a desired direction. In each of my business endeavors, client relationships built upon humor, honesty, and mutual respect have proven to be the most fulfilling. Whether treating children with special needs, coaching Navy SEALs to top executives, or supporting organizations in creating cultures of wellbeing through my parent company, W3RKWELL, a career of impactful service has been my life’s greatest honor.

I’ve followed my interests and intuition my entire life, leading me to wear many hats: founder of W3RKWELL - a female-owned, science-based wellbeing analytics company-, photographer, model, researcher, government employee, ballerina, clinician, and cheese factory worker (I slept on packing peanuts with two adorable labs!). The common thread, and what keeps me going—through a mix of experiences and interests ranging from photography to world travel, behavior analytics to yoga, executive coaching to meditation—is the continuous journey of learning to live an interesting and authentic life. I use these experiences, along with a wide range of science-based strategies, to help others do the same.
